3? Ya tuan tuan 3 saja, bahkan pencapaian paling hebat dicapai oleh Wali Selipar adalah pembinaan tokong bercambah begitu banyak dinegeri serambi Mekah.

UMNO berkempen mengislamkan orang, khawarij PAS berkempen mengkafirkan orang!!

Tragedi Raya (1) - Pandulah dalam keadaan wuduk !

Posted: 05 Sep 2010 03:30 PM PDT

Tragedi Raya terus berulang. Benar ajal maut ditangan Tuhan.

(1) Mimpi Umno tawan Kelantan

Posted: 05 Sep 2010 02:30 PM PDT

Will "Not Being Able To Speak BM" Becomes Seditious Or A Crime Next?

Posted: 05 Sep 2010 11:44 AM PDT

They insist, persist at every opportunity to twist and turn each and every good deeds, be it racial or religious performances by Pakatan Rakyat into chargeable offences.

You have read the past few weeks about how the Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng got entangled with the mosque sermon issue, where certain groups were trying to pin the CM involvement, the Komtar traders creating ruckus out of their own wrong doing and doctored photos of the CM slaughtering cow. They have to bring down the CM before the 13th GE.

Teo Nie Ching's surau visit by invitation to bring aides from the Selangor Government had being turned into a holier than thou episode. Till today they are still finding ways on how to charge her, with the latest salvo coming from the PM himself insisting that Teo Nie Ching violated fatwa with the surau visit. Yes, the non muslim will always be wronged when it involves the Islamic religion but the PM yet again conveniently forget about the two individuals without permission from church authorities entered a church and received Holy Communion which is most sacred to Catholics and then spat it out.

Fighting for the rights of all races can also be twisted and spin into questioning Article 153 of the Federal Constitution as the case for Lembah Pantai Member of Parliament Nurul Izzah Anwar's invitation to Perkasa to a Constructive Engagement for a new beginning for Malaysia.

An anti-racist rap video by Namewee had the police and MCMC questioning him for hours in which they have the intention to charge him for sedition but the two school principles who openly make racist remarks were left untouched. Many had viewed the video and found nothing racist or seditious but with some vulgarity mix in the rap.

Khairy, the umno youth leader is hell bend that it is very racist by his own interpretation of the phrase "You tak baca? Siapa buat Malaysia kaya?" Now what can we do or say, they are the leaders of the country and the fear of losing power makes their mind go bonker and they can just charged you for what you are doing right to correct their wrong doing.

What do we expect to hear from Perkasa, malay NGOs, Khairy or the PM of another racist case from a police inspector who allegedly told a 51-year-old snatch theft victim to "balik China" (return to China) if she could not speak Bahasa Malaysia.

It was reported that the police inspector is now under investigation but there is no mentioning of investigating the alleged racist remark. What I can gather is that the whole investigation will be on the victim once perkasa, Khairy or the PM open their mouths.

The investigation of the police inspector cannot be because of his racist remark "balik China", because to umno it is not racist since there are so many precedents of such call openly by umno leaders and there are no investigation or charges against them.

What I foresee is that they will instead investigate the victim. They will question her why as a Malaysian she is not able to speak BM. Is she a citizen of Malaysia or is she an illegal immigrant? They will give her a hard time checking through her background. They may even charged her for provocation against the police inspector. What we can see from all the latest racist and religious cases, umno is trying to protect their own kind and this case will be no different, they will have to protect the police inspector.

I am not sure which part of the law they will used against the victim, will it be sedition or is it going to be a crime for not being able to speak BM?

teoh beng hock and yong vui kong

Posted: 05 Sep 2010 10:28 AM PDT

both young men… one is dead… one is going to die soon…

but of course we hope that yong vui khong will not die. that all the petitions and campaign to get his death sentence abolished, will be successful.

ok so yesterday, attended two events – the 'malaysians for beng hock' forum and the 'say sorry day' at speakers square, penang.

the forum at han chiang college, was very well attended. full house with many people standing behind and at both sides. i think many came to see teoh lee lan, beng hock's sister. alas… she did not turned up. what a disappointment as i too had wanted so much to see her in person. anyway, the forum was good. as lee lan can't be present, they show a video of her, addressing us, in mandarin. brief translation was done of what she said in the video.

basically she talked about beng hock's case at first, about najib's promise that he 'will not leave any stones unturned', about pornthip. she also mentioned about the evidence produced by MACC – the suicide note.  she said that how can MACC keep the note for so long? and she also said because of this, it made her suspect, who knows, what other evidences (that show TBH was killed) MACC with-hold.  she hit out at the judiciary too. in the end she appeal to all of us to fight justice with her and her family. although i don't understand mandarin, but i can feel her pain and frustration as she talked.

first speaker was ramakrishnan, aliran president. he talked mostly about teoh beng hock (TBH) case, and also on the 'comedy in action' during the last inquest where the MACC lawyer made a fool of himself.  rama also called for a royal commission. these are the 3 points i remember he made:
"najib said he will leave no stones unturned to solve this case but now so many stones had been turned already and yet…"
"the lawyer demonstrate how to strangle oneself. how i wish he succeeded."
"the lawyer asked pornthip if she had ever try jumping off a building – how i wish someone had asked him to demonstrate how to jump off a building."
LOL!

nora murat, from amnestry international malaysia, was the next to speak. she spoke more on laws, regulations, human rights, the institutions.  she received several applause when she made some points e.g.
"we don't trust the police anymore. we run away when we see the police."
"we are the boss. we must show them that they have to respect human rights."

like rama, nora also said a royal commission should be set up and she stressed on the forming of the royal commission should be very transparent. the last point, i thought was very good, when she said:
"you have to speak up. when you speak up, you create awareness and awareness will bring action… so it all began with YOU!"

dr toh, who spoke next, said he was over-whelmed with the huge turnout. he said that once lee lan expressed her concern that interest in the TBH case seems to be dwindling but now with the huge turnout here, she should be happy to note that we still care, we are still interested.

dr toh talked mostly about the anger we felt at the injustice towards the TBH case. he was also glad that this 'malaysians for beng hock' group was started and the group is focusing on 'a torture  free society'.  he mulled the thought of whether can an anti-torture act be passed in parliament. "in malaysia, people get detained, questioned, tortured, then died!" he said that to applause and someone shouted "malaysia boleh!".

there was a Q&A time. one man was skeptical of forming a royal commission, saying look at what happened to the royal commission for the lingam tape case – nothing! rama responded with some explanation.

someone was mentioning about something "we cannot change it… unless we change the government". then suddenly everyone in the crowd roared "change the government!" and shouted and clapped.  rama even went on to say BN is a rotten government, we must change the rotten government.

ok, that's about the TBH forum. after the TBH forum, i went to speakers' square and was surprise to see the 'malaysians for beng hock' group there (who were at the forum) were there too. they have some say about TBH and even bought TBH t-shirts to sell to the people at the speakers' square.

after their talk, andre loh, with his guitar, lead the people into singing michael jackson's 'heal the world'.  then it was followed by a short sketch by suaram. six people formed a circle. one of them was the 'govt' and he scolded all the other 5 who represented 'the media', 'the radio', 'namewee', 'yong vui kong', 'a university student'.  scolded them for what they did. as they were being scolded, they squatted down. then after all had squatted down, one by one slowly rose up, at the same time saying something (why they did what they did), which ended with "minta maaf" (i'm sorry).

after the sketch was over, dr toh kin woon gave a short speech, in english and mandarin. he talked about yong vui kong.

suaram, then showed to the crowd, with 3 laptops, a short video clip about yong vui kong. after the clip, they presented the crowd with a small beautifully wrapped gift box, where it was explained, that is is for us to write on a piece of paper the name of the persons, whom we want to say sorry to or want to forgive and place it inside the box.  after we had say sorry to them, then we can remove the paper.

Explain before you go, IGP!

Posted: 05 Sep 2010 10:25 AM PDT

Yes, outgoing IGP Tan Sri Musa Hassan must answer this nonsense. He knew what actually happened. For the police to act such, approval must be sought from him or his deputy. Only Musa and his deputy (and of course Home Minister) can approve it.

When the U-Tube (July 22) about the Police Special Force (UTK) storming Sultan Kelantan's motorcades on May 4, 2010 was made available, many readers came back to me (some did call) asking whether the Sultan was really there in the MPV as the video failed to proof anything. They doubted it.

However, God is Great. One of the UTK members involved in that ambush 'defected' out of his conscience and handed over a copy of the video he took on that day (he was carrying a beta-cam to record the disgusting and disgraceful event). Many thanks to him.

Watch for yourself how the UTK members pointed semi-automatic rifles at the MPV which carries the Sultan, and a photo of the defenseless Sultan inside it.

Now, Musa and Hishamuddin Hussein must answer this. Musa, especially must explain in details what actually took place, who requested it, why did Kelantan Police Chief comply to the request and sought Bukit Aman's approval.

Before you leave the police force for good, clear your name and image of this embarrassment. If you dont, then PDRM is not fit to use the word 'Diraja'. I am sure you, Hisham and few people at Bukit Aman and KDN know the actual truth and got copies of the video.

'Memalukan' is precise to describe what they did on May 4 outside Istana Mahkota, Kubang Krian. When you point a gun at a Raja Melayu, what is the penalty if you are found guilty?

To Hisham, its your responsibility too. You were given a copy of the second video CD but you ignored it on promises that the ministry would investigate and issue a statement. Are you also part of the conspiracy to ambush, hijack and kidnap a Malay Ruler?

Prime Minister knows about it too but he is 'lost in words'! He rather wash his hands than meddling with this insulting episode that smears the good image of his government, the Home Ministry and PDRM.

As I mentioned many times, I have been very supportive of the police but NOT this one!

Iklan Raya TV3,Tak Sensitif

Pisau mendesak agar pihak TV3 menarik balik dan tidak menyiarkan iklan Hari Raya, apa perlunya hari raya Aidilfitri digambarkan seolah olah seperti menyambut Krismas? Hari Raya sekarang ni dah ada Santa Claus? Adakah ini salah satu tanda menerapkan budaya kristian kedalam perayaan kita di bulan Syawal nanti?Pengayuh beca dilihat menyerupai unsur unsur santa claus.

So, Malaysia can hang drug traffickers but not Singapore

Posted: 05 Sep 2010 05:41 AM PDT

The report from the star online:

ALOR SETAR: A clerk who was charged with trafficking in cannabis four years ago cried when he was sentenced to death on Sunday.
Zakaria Ahmad, 32, could not hold back his tears when he saw his mother and three siblings crying after Judicial Commissioner Mohd Zaki Abdul Wahab delivered the verdict.
Zakaria was found guilty of trafficking 2,207.1g of cannabis on Feb 8, 2006 at a petrol station in Taman Sejati Indah in Sungai Petani.

http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2010/9/5/nation/20100905164634&sec=nation

Well, keeping the fingers crossed to see who, and which political party or parties to save Zakaria's life.

The young man in Singapore has received too much attention by the politicians, whether the opposition or the ruling party.

Which type of drug has higher value? The heroin or the cannabis? Which is more lethal ?

Really sick of this type of politics in Malaysia.

CM: Photo of me doctored to draw public support

BUTTERWORTH: Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the super-imposed photograph of him allegedly slaughtering a cow showed how desperate some quarters were to entice support from the people.

Describing the move as nasty and done in bad taste, Lim said it was sad that some people had resorted to lies and falsehood to slander him.

"This is against the spirit of truth, justice and morality as advocated by all religions," he said after presenting Ramadan aid to six mosques and 14 surau in his Bagan parliamentary constituency at the Masjid Jamek Bagan Jermal here yesterday.

On Thursday, Lim's political secretary Ng Wei Aik lodged a police report over the online circulation of a picture depicting Lim slaughtering a cow.

Ng had said that the original photograph was that of former Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin taking part in a sacrificial ritual (korban) to mark Hari Raya Haji at a mosque in Sitiawan on Dec 10 last year.

On the issue of non-Muslims who were allegedly disallowed to enter mosques, Lim said several Muslim religious leaders told him there were some areas in mosques that non-Muslims could enter.

"For example, the annex in a surau or mosque, where the buka puasa is usually held, can be accessed by all," he said, adding that Pakatan Rakyat leaders had been cautious in observing the guidelines when in a mosque or surau.

Lim was commenting on Serdang MP Teo Nie Ching who landed in trouble with Selangor Islamic authorities for giving a talk in the prayer hall of a surau in Kajang Sentral on Aug 22.

Later, in Pajak Song, Kepala Batas, he presented RM1,000 each to 224 north Seberang Prai beneficiaries, whose senior citizen parents had passed away, as well as RM100 each to 50 senior citizens from Sungai Dua, under the state's Senior Citizens Appreciation Programme.

Tim Sum at Chuai Heng Restaurant

Posted: 05 Sep 2010 03:10 AM PDT

My son's girlfriend invited us to tim sum at Chuai Heng. I just needed to know going through town from PJ, and along Jalan Bukit Bintang, whether there is a U-turn to go over the other side. Initially, we were told to go via Jalan Tun Razak but we chose Federal Highway towards Bangsar, past Abdullah Hukum and Bangsar LRT station then past the old railway station towards Merdeka Square. But the stretch was closed to traffic and we could see some tour buses and tourists taking pictures. We went along Jalan Hang Lekiu to join Jalan Raja Chulan. The traffic situation was pleasant on a late Sunday morning.

It was too early for lunch, so we could easily find a parking space within its compound and the restaurant was fairly empty. We reached just before them.

The problem with Chinese is the tendency to order more than necessary, and this morning was no exception. The food was excellent, just that towards the end, we had to tuck in some remaining dishes. I actually suggested packing some of the stuff because I knew from experience that after a couple of hours, we would enjoy it better than eating when we were already satiated. But we managed to finish what was left by dividing them!

I tried telling some jokes but my memory failed me on the details. Cheng suggested that I tell simple jokes and the Char Siew Pau jokes were repeated. More lame jokes were added:

3 spears were thrown at a gorilla, one after another. He grabbed the first and the second, and the third spear went over his head. Yet he died, why?

Because typical of gorillas, he used the spears and started beating his chest with them, each time piercing his body!

One old lady was crossing the road and in the middle of it, suddenly she died, why?

Because the third spear which went over the gorilla's head got her!

Some ants were walking along the road but they were killed, why?

Because the old lady fell on them!

It was a case of laughing over the lameness of the jokes rather than the jokes themselves!
