Khalid Gereja sudah mula menggerakkan serangan terhadap Hasan Ali.Tuduhan pihak korporat menyokong Hasan Ali memperlihatkan PAS sudah terancam.Apa salahnya korporat atau mana mana pihak menyokong perjuangan JATI,Memperjuangkan demi bangsa,agama dan raja sudah dilihat satu dosa oleh PAS.

Kenyataan Khalid Gereja seolah olah beliau berasa terancam jika umat Islam bangkit mempertahankan hak mereka.Khalid seolah menyuarakan kehendak pihak gereja dan DAP.Lebih sudu dari kuah.

Timbalan Pesuruhjaya PAS Selangor Khalid Samad hari ini mendesak bekas exco negeri Datuk Hasan Ali menjelaskan sama ada benar dakwaan NGO barunya Jalur Tiga (JATI) ditaja dua syarikat besar.

Sambil menafikan membuat tuduhan, Khalid (kiri) yang juga anggota parlimen Shah Alam berkata, beliau melontarkan perkara itu supaya Hasan dapat menafikannya, jika tidak benar.

Khalid mengutarakan kemungkinan syarikat-syarikat itu akan mendapat faedah kewangan sekiranya BN berjaya menawan Selangor dalam pilihan raya depan.

Hasan sebelum ini menubuhkan JATI untuk memperjuangkan Islam, Melayu dan Raja-raja atau apa yang digelarnya sebagai IMR.

Rape has been violating women since the dawn of humanity. Even before that, evolutionarily. Our Great Ape relations – chimpanzees and gorillas – are rapists, and approximately 50% of orangutans are the result of rape. Gang rape, war rape, prison rape, date rape, serial rape, spousal rape, incestuous rape... hundreds of millions of females have been terrified, humiliated, injured and scarred.
Rape has to be halted, but how? Is there a transhumanist remedy? A technological solution?

The "Rape Capital of the World" is currently South Africa, with a University of South Africa study estimating 2,777 rapes per day, for a total of 1 million a year. The South African Law Commission asserts the figure is considerably higher: 1.69 million per year. Journalist, rape survivor, and anti-rape activist Charlene Smith claims that a South African woman is raped every 26 seconds; 40% of the victims are children, and 65% are gang-raped, aka "jackrolled." Human Rights Watch reports that 28% of South African males has admitted to sexual assault, in this nation where 16.9% of the adult population is HIV/AIDS infected.

To combat this atrocity, the citizenry invented two retaliatory devices. A "killer tampon", developed by 72-year-old Jaap Haumann in 2000, sports a guillotine blade attached to a hollow cylinder that, if sprung, decapitates any intruding penile head. Haumann estimated that 1 million women would arm their crotches with his contraption, but he was ridiculed in the media and sales never materialized.

"Rape-aXe" was next. Unveiled in 2005 by medical technician Dr. Sonnet Ehlers, this simple latex sheath transforms the female orifice into a shark-like vagina dentata. 25 razor sharp barbs, facing inward, serve as a "rape trap" that painfully hooks the penetrator. The snared assailant, claims Dr. Ehlers, "cannot pee or walk when it is on, and if he tries to remove it, it will clasp even tighter." The vengeful fangs can only be
removed surgically, a procedure that would alert police and imprison the rapist.

Here's something interesting a friend of mine found in The New Straits Times which she showed me.

Those found in possession or selling the sex education book can be jailed or fined

PUTRAJAYA: THE book on the facts of life, Where Did I Come From, was banned as it contained "elements detrimental to the community's moral values and in the interests of the public".

Home Ministry deputy secretary-general (security) Datuk Abdul Rahim Mohd Radzi said the decision was made after investigations found the book contained such elements.

Rahim said those found in possession or were distributing or selling the book could be prosecuted. If found guilty, they risked imprisonment of up to three years or a maximum fine of RM20,000, or both.

On Tuesday, the Home Ministry ordered a stop to the distribution and sale of the book following complaints by the Umno Youth Community Complaints Bureau.

The ministry said the book was likely to have been brought into Malaysia illegally.

In an immediate response, the bureau's chairman, Datuk Muhd Khairun Aseh, lauded the ban but said ministry officers should be more vigilant in ensuring such books did not reach Malaysian shores again.

He also claimed there were many more sex education books for children containing unsuitable materials sold at book stores.

This, he said, was based on complaints the bureau had received after highlighting the sale of Where Did I Come From on Monday.

The bureau, he said, was in the midst of collecting other books, including comics, deemed unsuitable for children.

"It puzzles me as to how the book, which is very adult, could get through. I don't think it is amusing that such books are sold in the country.

"Maybe there are weaknesses in the system and if there is, it has to be reviewed," he said after handing over a copy of the controversial book to Home Ministry Al-Quran Text and Publishing Control Division secretary Abdul Aziz Md Nor, here, yesterday.

Khairun said the bureau had offered to be the ministry's eyes and ears in weeding out such books.

Written by Peter Mayle, the 44-page book, published in 1984, describes the reproductive process, from intercourse to birth. It also has illustrations and detailed information on certain sex positions,

Mayle is a British author known for his books A Year in Provence and Toujours Provence, as well as other novels such as Hotel Pastis, A Dog's Life and Anything Considered.

He has also written a series of sex education books for children and young adults. His works have been translated into 20 languages.

A Borders Bookstore spokesman said the books had been taken off its shelves.

"It was last year's stock actually and was only made available in selected Borders stores in the country.

"We have removed them from all stores following the ministry's order," she said.

My Comment:

Here is a question that any person with an IQ at least that can match his/her age should be able to answer:

Question 1: What is the public interest and who decides what they should and should not be interested in? Shouldn't the public decide on what "public interest" should be?

Question 2 : Who defines what is detrimental to community's moral values? Is there a guidelines, or protocol set for this and if so, by whom?

Question 3: Pertaining to Question 2, in what way do the Home Ministry qualify in setting this guidelines/protocol?

Question 4: Why are these auta-rities given the mandate to decide, how the parents chooses to dispense sexual education to their children?

And here is something interesting to ponder whilst one parks one's bottom on the toilet seat in between wondering what to eat for dinner and how come they haven't banned bidets yet since sodomy's such a crime even when consensual.

It was written in the article that the book "describes the reproductive process, from intercourse to birth. It also has illustrations and detailed information on certain sex positions"

Hmm....I wonder how one can describe the reproductive process without posting pictures of the reproductive organs, which coincidentally comes in a form of a penis for male, and vagina for females. How will children know what their reproductive organs are if you don't show it to them on picture form? Or would the parents prefer to show the kids theirs?

"Detailed position on certain sex positions". Karma Sutra would probably be THE book with the detailed position on certain sex positions, I doubt Peter Mayle was able to beat that, not in cartoon form anyway, because that is how the illustrations are in his book. So it's either these auta-rities had limited sexual positions which coincides with their limited imagination, or John Gray was right and men, specifically these men, came from Mars and they only make love in missionary position (well, they seem to think that they are men with mission).

It's an EDUCATIONAL BOOK for God's sakes!!! How can you educate your child without risking from blushing without the aid of such educational material!!

George Carlin once said 'There are no bad words, bad thoughts, bad intentions. The only reason a word is bad, is because we as humans made it bad.

So, what next? Ban cartoon porn, e-books (you can download this book from internet by the way) ?

I have had pregnant teenagers who don't even know that they were pregnant and a few who did not even realize that they actually had sex. ( and no, the boyfriend did not have the smallest of penis in such cases)

We talk about child abandonment but without sex education, I think it is just hypocritical to ban sex education books and claim that we care.

At the end of the day, it's the parents who will buy these educational book, because, well, it's educational. I don't think a child can afford to snatch this book, go up to the counter and pay for it. Trust me, if they are able to do this, "Playboy Magazine" and the likes would be their first choices.Would you prefer your child to learn about sex straight from porn sites, or worst, when their boyfriends insists that fondling one's vagina has nothing to do with sex but an act that gives one pleasure like digging any other bodily cavities such as the nose/ears?

I mean, what are these people worried about? That it's not Religious to educate our children about sex ? I think they underestimated our spirituality since most of us call on God's name even whilst we have sex. I can't vouch for the atheists though...


Here is another interesting question to ponder on. This book is first published in 1973 and have been around for quite some time in our book stores. The question need answering is "why now"? As in anything ridiculous that becomes an issue in Malaysia, normally it will have to do with politics. Who complained? Pemuda UMNO. Walla!

Politicians pfffhh!! Maybe they call for a ban of this book because they don't agree to "Where the rest of us come from". ....we all came from our mothers' wombs...politicians in general, I suspect comes from the neighbouring hole... something Anwar and Saifool would be an expert of.

PULAU PINANG 22 Feb. - Timbalan Presiden Pas, Mohamad Sabu hari ini gagal dalam permohonannya untuk mengetepikan pertuduhan di Mahkamah Sesyen Butterworth atas dakwaan membuat tohmahan memburukkan nama baik anggota polis dan keluarga mereka yang terlibat dalam tragedi serangan pengganas komunis di Balai Polis Bukit Kepong.

Pesuruhjaya Kehakiman Mahkamah Tinggi di sini, Mohd. Amin Firdaus Abdullah membuat keputusan tersebut atas alasan ia tidak melibatkan isu pokok bagi menentukan sama ada kes boleh didakwa di bawah Seksyen 500 Kanun Keseksaan kerana ia melibatkan isu sejarah.

Menurutnya, kedua-dua pertuduhan yang dikenakan terhadap Mohamad boleh dihukum mengikut seksyen tersebut semata-mata berdasarkan intipati kesalahan dan tidak berasaskan fakta sejarah.

Selain itu, beliau memaklumkan bahawa hak membuat pendakwaan adalah terletak di tangan pendakwa raya, justeru hanya pihak pendakwaan boleh menarik balik, menolak atau mengetepikan pendakwaan.

Mohd. Amin memutuskan demikian selepas mendengar hujahan peguam-peguam, Mohamed Hanipa Maidin dan Aminuddin Zulkifli yang mewakili Mohamad serta Timbalan Pendakwa Raya, Suhaimi Ibrahim bagi pihak pendakwaan.

Mohamad yang lebih dikenali sebagai Mat Sabu didakwa memfitnah anggota polis dan keluarga mereka yang mempertahankan diri dalam serangan pengganas komunis di Balai Polis Bukit Kepong pada 23 Februari 1950 dengan membuat tohmahan yang boleh merosakkan nama baik mereka.

Ahli politik pembangkang itu didakwa melakukan perbuatan tersebut dalam ceramahnya di Pusat Asuhan Tadika Islam (Pasti) Al Fahmi, Markas Tarbiyah Pas Padang Menora, Tasek Gelugor antara pukul 10 malam dan 12 tengah malam, 21 Ogos tahun lalu.

Mohamed Hanipa kemudian memohon mahkamah membenarkan penangguhan perbicaraan kes tersebut di Mahkamah Sesyen sehingga rayuan didengar di Mahkamah Rayuan namun dibantah oleh Suhaimi yang menjelaskan permohonan peguam terbabit tidak berasas sama sekali.

Mohd. Amin Firdaus bagaimanapun menolak permohonan penangguhan tersebut dan memerintahkan kes itu diteruskan oleh Mahkamah Sesyen.

Dalam pada itu, di Mahkamah Sesyen Butterworth dekat sini, Hakim Ikmal Hishan Mohd. Tajuddin menetapkan 26 Mac ini bagi sebutan semula kes tersebut... .

Mohamad mengaku tidak bersalah atas tuduhan di bawah Seksyen 500 Kanun Keseksaan yang memperuntukkan hukuman penjara dua tahun atau denda atau kedua-duanya jika sabit kesalahan. - UTUSAN

A-aahhh!

Some people at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, the Securities Commission and conglomerates like Maxis and Felda are sighing in relief over rumors that the top most position at PwC will change hand soon.

PwC, embroiled in so many disputes with some of its major clients, including a case still pending at the High Court, should also see changes to its key personnel as a restructuring is also in the pipeline.

"It's not always gloom and doom here, despite the evidence to the contrary.

"We are happy to share the news that Sridharan Nair has been picked as the new Managing Director for PwC Malaysia, and that he will officially take the helm on the 1st of June, 2012.

"This is a great opportunity for everyone to start afresh, and for PwC to once again be a name to be reckoned within the auditing fraternity," according to Zarinahtakesapaycut.

What makes the news even better, is the fact that Sridharan was chosen by consensus, and that the other candidate vying for the same position sportingly gave way to Sridharan, to make him a choice for all of PwC Malaysia.

Let's hear to what Johan Raslan got to say about this. I thought some people at PwC want him to resign?

"WISER AFTER THE EVENT" -- AGAIN

FIRST I must make it clear that I support any initiative to help the poor, regardless of race and religion. Which means that on this score I'm on the same wave-length with former finance minister Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah.

I was also supportive of anything under the New Economic Policy that was intended to help improve the overall economic situation of the Malays/Bumiputras in general but again this was incumbent on helping only those who needed help.

The big difference between Tengku Razaleigh a.k.a. Ku Li and Aziz Hassan is that while the prince had enough platforms while a minister and a senior member of the Umno supreme council to try and correct any imbalance or lopsided policies, I did not.

I now quote the relevant paragraphs from a report in the Malaysian Insider today on Ku Li's speech at the "Breakfast Meeting" forum.

In highlighting the NEP as a major source of disunity, Ku Li said this: "If we visit government departments or universities, we wonder where all the non-Malays have gone. After 1969, suddenly there was this attempt to recruit mostly Malays into the civil service.

"It is tragic that the civil service does not reflect the racial composition of the Malaysian population, as the predominant presence of only one race tends to engender a sub-culture that is antithetical to the evolution of a dynamic and efficient civil administration in the country."

After 1969? Forget Tunku Abdul Rahman because by that time it was widely known that Tunku was on the way out, which leaves us with Tun Razak Hussein and Tun Hussein Onn, both deceased. The man many people love to hate, Tun Mahathir Mohamed, became our CEO only in 1981.

Ku Li was highly regarded by Razak and had the PM's ears too. The problem is Malaysians  above 50 cannot remember Ku Li as the Umno man/minister who fought to correct what was wrong with the government's policies which he thought were favouring the Malays. At least we don't remember him publicly advocating consistently and diligently a different approach.


He could have spoken out at the Umno supreme council to try and make a difference. He certainly could have done that too at the cabinet while serving under three PMs. Did he?

Ku Li headed Pernas, the now non-existent Bank Bumi and Petronas, apart from holding two cabinet portfolios. Did he recruit differently from other Malay bosses and politicians at these places? Bank Bumi was a very Malay bank in terms of its staffing. Petronas too has always been known to be heavily Malay.

But Pernas takes the cake because it was set up in November 1969 following a resolution at the second Bumiputra Economic Congress. It's objective was to help only the Malays and Bumiputras and Ku Li was its founding chairman. Not only the policies were closed and thus favoured only the Malays and Bumis, so too was its stated recruitment policy. So what does this mean in terms of favouring one race? Wasn't Ku Lii too responsible for this biased, lopsided situation at the expense of the non-Malays?

As chairman of the Umno-owned Fleet Group from 1972 to 1982, who were Ku Li's appointees to head the companies within the group and to make up the senior management? Was racial balance ever a consideration?

Didn't Ku Li realise the folly of the government's policies then? If he did and felt strongly enough, the decent thing to do would have been to resign. He didn't and because he didn't, Ku Li must be held collectively responsible for being part of that government.

Or did the realisation come about only recently? If this indeed is the case, then we must add a now vocal former Umno minister, a retired senior judge and a retired senior cop to the list of people who moan and groan the loudest about everything that is wrong about this country and its leaders -- but only after leaving office.

Err.. Najib atau Muhyiddin korang pernah tengok makan macam ni? sepatutnya semua pemimpin wajib bersikap begini. baru lah boleh dikatakan wakil rakyat....berkhidmat untuk rakyat. bukannya rakyat yang menjadi hamba kepada mereka. bukannya bila mereka datang untuk bertemu dengan kita..rakyat bawahan terpaksa membelanjakan jutaan ringgit untuk tujuan mendirikan khemah-khemah berhawa dingin, dibentangkan karpet merah, menyediakan jamuan yang enak-enak yang hanya dilihat oleh rakyat bawahan. mereka datang dengan kereta besar, minyak diisi oleh kerajaan(duit kita rakyat) duduk hotel beribu bintang. kita sebagai rakyat apa yang dapat. dituduhnya kita pengkhianat....kerana apa...kerana membongkarkan penyelewengan yang berlaku didalam felda.

kenapa kita rakyat yang mesti takut dan tunduk pada pemimpin. kenapa kita rakyat mesti patuh pada pemimpin. jawapannya ialah kerana pemimpin itu telah melaksanakan amanat yang rakyat berikan pada mereka. kerana pemimpin itu telah melaksanakan perintah yang telah diturunkan oleh allah dan rasul. meletakan ugama allah pada tempat yang sepatutnya.mengurus negara dengan adil, bersih,telus dan amanah.kita wajib patuh pada pemimpin yang begini. tapi bukan menjadi hamba kepada mereka.kita wajib patuh selagi mereka juga patuh pada perintah allah.tetapi jika sah mereka melanggar dan ingkar pada perintah allah dengan melakukan penindasan,penyelewengan,kezaliman..... yang terang-terang didepan mata hanya pandai membuat kekayaan, bermulut manis, dan menunjukkan kekayaannya ....batang hidung hanya kelihatan di musim-musim pilihanraya sahaja. maka wajib kita tentang mereka dan menjatuhkan mereka.

PETALING JAYA: Sembilan pekerja syarikat konsesi tunggal perlombongan pasir Selangor tunggal mendakwa mereka dipecat kerana bercakap mengenai penyelewengan yang didakwa berlaku dalam operasi firma.

Kakitangan Kumpulan Semesta Sdn Bhd (KSSB) mendakwa bahawa mereka telah dipecat atau dipaksa meletak jawatan dalam tempoh lima bulan bermula Ogos tahun lepas.

Ada yang telah membuat laporan polis atas dakwaan diugut oleh pihak pengurusan, manakala yang lain membawa kes mereka ke mahkamah perindustrian di atas pemecatan konstruktif.

Kontroversi tercetus berikutan dakwaan kecurian pasir dan rasuah bernilai beratus-ratus juta ringgit, mengikut laporan akhbar The Star pada tahun lepas.

Pengarah KSSB Shuhaimi Shafiei yang juga ahli parlimen Sri Muda berkata beliau hanya menyedari bahawa hanya dua pekerja telah dipecat atas isu disiplin.

"Saya telah menerima surat daripada pengadu lain dan akan membawa perkara ini ke mesyuarat lembaga pengarah," katanya, sambil menambah isu pentadbiran terletak di bawah bidang kuasa ketua pegawai eksekutif.

Pengurus sekuriti KSSB yang dipecat, Azmi Mohd Isa berkata dia telah memfailkan aduan kepada pengurusan terhadap kontraktor yang mengorek pasir di luar zon yang ditetapkan.

"Selain mengambil tindakan, syarikat memberikan alasan kerugian," katanya.

"Mereka kata saya gagal memeriksa status sah syarikat sekuriti yang dilantik KSSB.

Syarikat tersebut untuk mengawasi perlombongan pasir dan kemudahan milik KSSB.

"Syarikat sekuriti mempunyai isu dengan Kementerian Dalam Negeri tahun lepas dan diselesaikan dengan pantas," sambil manmbah dia dipecat selepas siasatan domestik.

Seorang lagi yang dipecat, Ng telah diberi 'waktu yang sukar' apabila dia memaklumkan kepada pengurusan KSSB mengenai sesetengah kontraktor yang tidak mengisytiharkan jumlah sebenar pasir yang diambil dari kawasan lombong

Jepun sedang merancang untuk menggunakan lif untuk ke angkasa lepas,dengan teknologi canggih dan sudah tentu memerlukan perbelanjaan yang besar.Perancangan ini sudah pasti hanya akan dipandang sinis dan diperlekehkan oleh kaum puak khawarij PAS.

Apa perlunya menggunakan teknologi canggih untuk ke angkasa,cuba anda tiru seperti khawarij PAS.Mereka hanya perlu menjadi ahli khawarij PAS dan penjilat DAP,bukan saja dapat naik roket malah ke bulan dan syurga pun anda mampu,free jer beb.Yang penting anda perlu isi borang khawarij PAS selebihnya akan dikawtim oleh Nik Ajis.

Jepun kena belajar teknologi jilatan dan teknik menjadi tunggangan DAP dari PAS.

Sebuah firma pembinaan Jepun mendakwa semalam ia mampu melaksanakan rancangan luar biasa untuk meletakkan pelancong di angkasa lepas dalam tempoh 40 tahun dengan membina sebuah lif setinggi 96,000 km atau suku jarak Bumi ke bulan.

Firma Obayashi Corp mendakwa lif itu boleh dibina dengan menggunakan teknologi karbon nanotube yang lebih 20 kali ganda lebih kuat daripada besi. Lif itu dapat membawa sehingga 30 penumpang pada sesuatu masa dan bergerak pada kelajuan 200 km/j selama seminggu sebelum berhenti di sebuah stesen pada jarak 36,000km.

Ketua projek itu berkata, pelancong akan tinggal di stesen berkenaan manakala kumpulan penyelidik dan pakar akan meneruskan perjalanan.

"Manusia sejak dahulu lagi kagum dengan menara tinggi. Kami akan membina lif ini dari angkasa lepas dan bukan Bumi,"

Walaupun beliau yakin pelan tersebut akan berjaya, beliau belum menetapkan anggaran kos, lokasi dan pembiaya bagi membina struktur berkenaan. Firma itu membina bangunan tertinggi di Jepun, Tokyo Sky Tree, yang setinggi 634 meter.

Antara penglibatan syarikat itu dalam pembinaan bangunan ialah Dubai Metro di Emiriyah Arab Bersatu (UAE), Studio Universal Osaka, Jepun dan Stadium Australia yang digunakan untuk Sukan Olimpik Sydney.
